Who sees what
Transparency is a product rule, not a slogan.
Students decide what is public. Every project can be public or private, or show companies only its title and skills, without files or description.
Companies see skills and their source. Students appear by first name and surname initial: their name and contact details show only once they apply, reply or are hired, or choose to show them.
Institutions see their own students. Their workspace shows the students affiliated with their institution.
Every match is explained. The score shows which projects and skills it comes from.
The database is in the European Union. Providers that process data outside the EU are listed one by one, with the basis for each transfer. See the list
